This student residence is located in the centre of Leuven. The former 'Regina Mundi' convent was renovated in 1962 and then converted into a girls' school. The conversion and change of use to a student residence took place in 1995, and it was again totally renovated between 2013 and 2015. The property consists of a square building with two side wings opening onto a large courtyard, and consists of 159 student rooms with an in-house breakfast service.
