The Costerweg is located close to the Wageningen University. On each floor you can use the communal kitchen, living/dining room, showers and toilets. The rental is done through hospitals by the current tenants.
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After the initial 12 month period the rental agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
- A monthly advance is paid for energy and service costs. When the year has passed, a statement will be sent in which the actual costs are stated and settled with the advance paid.
In addition to the rental price, the tenant must pay the following fees:
- Advance Service costs | € 70.00 per month
- Advance energy costs | € 90.00 per month
- Internet | € 17.50 per month
- Furnishing | € 20.00 per month
Once off payment in advance:
- Registration costs | € 50.00
- Security deposit | € 500.00
- Administrative costs | € 75.00
- Final cleaning | € 75.00
