The studios are well equipped with:
- A box spring, desk with chair, lamp and a wardrobe
- Kitchenette with sink, 4-burner electric cooking hob, microwave and fridge with freezer
- Bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:
- Advance service charges | € 50.00 per month
- Advance energy costs | € 140.00 per month
- Internet and television | € 17.50 per month
- Furnishing and furniture | € 50.00 per month
Once off payment in advance:
- Registration fee | € 50.00
- Security deposit | € 1,000.00
