The Basement has 14 studios with a separate storage room for each studio located on the same floor.
The studios are well equipped with:
- Curtains, a bed, closet, desk with chair;
- Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and a sink;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.
Ground floor (no furniture):
The ground floor has 9 studios and each studio comes with a mezzanine area. There is also a separate storage room for each studio which is located on the same floor.
The studios are well equipped with:
- Mezzanine
- Curtains;
- Kitchen with ceramic cooking hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and a sink;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.
1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor:
Each floor has 14 studios and each studio comes with a mezzanine area. There is also a separate storage room for each studio which is located on each floor.
The studios are well equipped with:

- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.
5th floor:
On this floor there are 3 rooftop studios with a mezzanine area and a terrace (approx. 30-40 m2). There is also a separate storage room for each studio situated on the ground floor.
The studios are well equipped with:
- Mezzanine, roof terrace (approx. 30-40 m2);
- Curtains;
- Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and a sink;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Each room has (LAN) internet connection and digital TV channels but you must purchase your own routerin order to have access to a secured signal in your room.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:
- Advance service charges | € 65.00 per month
- Advance energy costs | € 155.00 per month
- Internet and television | € 30.00 per month
- Furnishing and furniture | € 50.00 per month (basement)
- Furnishing | € 25.00 per month (ground floor - 5th floor)
- Note: studios on the ground floor up to and including the 5th floor are not equipped with furniture.
Once off payment in advance:
- Registration fee | € 50.00
- Security deposit | € 1,000.00
- Administration fee | € 75.00
- Final cleaning | € 115.00
