The studios are upholstered and furnished, ideal: you can enter them directly. They have their own kitchen with sink, 2-burner electric hob, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The spacious apartments are furnished with Italian Design which gives a luxurious look.
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:
- Advance service charges - €60.00 per month
- Advance energy costs - €190.00 per month
- Internet and television - €17.50 per month
- Furnishing and furniture studio - €50.00 per month
- Furnishing and furniture studio with extra bedroom - €100.00 per month
- Furnishing and furniture apartment with extra bedroom - €200.00 per month
- Furnishing and furniture apartment with 2 extra bedrooms - €225.00 per month
- Laundry - €12.50 per month
- Private washing machine (apartment) - €15.00 per month
