We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
The minimum rental period is 12 months. After the initial 12 month period the rental agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis.
Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
A monthly advance is paid for energy and service costs. When the year has passed, a statement will be sent in which the actual costs are stated and settled with the advance paid.

In addition to the rental price, the tenant must pay the following fees:
