The studios are well equipped with:

- Curtains, wardrobe, table with chairs, armchair, side table and a TV
- Kitchen with 2 burner electric cooking hob, extractor hood, microwave with grill function, filter coffee machine and a kettle
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
- Bed (queen size) with mattress and mattress protector
- The larger rooms have a sofa, the smaller ones have a head board
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:
