The units are well equipped with:
• Curtains, floor covering and lights;
• Kitchen with appliances
• Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet;
• Fiber optic internet and digital TV via IP.
*Conditions and extra costs:
- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After the initial 12 month period the rental agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis.
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
- A monthly advance is paid for energy and service costs. When the year has passed, a statement will be sent in which the actual costs are stated and settled with the advance paid.
In addition to the rental price, the tenant must pay the following fees:
• Advance service costs | € 50,00 per month
• Advance energy costs | € 75,00 per month
• Internet and television | € 37,00 per month
• Upholstery | € 28,50 per month
• Laundry € 12,50 per month
Once off payment in advance
• Registration costs | € 25.00
• Security deposit | € 1,000.00
• Administrative costs | € 75.00
• Final cleaning | € 115.00
