The complex is situated in Statenkwartier of The Hague and consists of three towers, two of which (146 and 148) are fitted with independent units. The third tower is fitted with non-self-contained living units. At the back of the building there's a large, cosy patio with enough parking space and bicycle racks inside and outside. Several trams drive on Eisenhowerlaan with direct connection to several university colleges, the city centre and the beach.

The studios (146 and 148) are well equipped with:
• Blinds, floor covering and lights;
• A box spring, desk with chair, lamp and a wardrobe;
• Kitchenette with sink, electric cooking hob and fridge with freezer;

The rooms (150) are equipped with:
