Xior Málaga Atalaya is our new student residence in Málaga, in the heart of the Teatinos district. It is only a 15-minute walk from most of the faculties of the Teatinos Campus of the University of Malaga. It is also surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The residence is perfect for students who want to be close to the city centre and the beach.

Xior Málaga Atalaya also offers common areas with a modern design, making the residence an ideal place for national and international students to socialise during their stay in Málaga. In the residence you will find study rooms, gym, cinema, dining room and a large terrace. It also has a swimming pool and large garden areas.

The staff of the residence hall is available at all times for anything you may need and will be happy to tell you all about Malaga. There will also be many events at the residence, which will make it easy for you to make new friends.
