These studios' contracts are for a maximum of 12 months and cannot be canceled earlier.

The complex has a shared laundry room. A private parking space can be rented separately for € 75.00 per month if you have a car or motorcycle.

The studios that are furnished are equipped with:

• Kitchen with built-in appliances (refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner electric hob);
• Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet;
• Fiber optic internet and digital TV via IP

• We only rent to students
• The minimum rental period is 12 months only for the (Diamantweg and Rotsoord from no. 139)
• Each room has access to (LAN) internet connection.
• Subletting is not allowed and is actively monitored.
• The reservation is based on 1 person. If the studio is larger than 30m2, it can be occupied by two people (children and animals are not allowed). Additional costs will be charged for living with 2 people, more information about this can be obtained via utrecht@xior.nl

In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following costs:
